It helps me feel normal

It keeps my nose and sinuses clear. I have strong reactions to bug bites, but if I am taking this then they are normal or not much of anything. I teach kids and get sick often. This has kept me from that. If I feel like my body is starting to get something, I take this. I haven't had a full blown sickness in a while now. Great stuff.

1 year on vitamin D, C and Zinc

I have been on this protocol for about 10 months. I’m on my second cold. Not sure if this would protect against Covid since I’m on my second cold. Kinda bummed!
